What is NOC and hiker bites?

@GnomeyGee NOC stands for Nantahala Outdoor Center which is a rafting outfitter for all the major whitewater rivers in the southeast. There is a restaurant at their main location called Rivers End. Hiker bites are just buffalo cauliflower bites dipped in ranch but they’re super good.
