I made what I thought was a simple broccoli and cheddar soup
And it was truly awful. Not sure how I messed that up. Maybe it was the broccoli 🥦

Don't despair, creamed soups aren't always easy. But when you nail Panera's, you won't be dissappointed. It sells out there all the time! 😋

Flour may have been the problem, yes. You usually need half and half table cream also.
But let the recipe be your guide.
