What is your favorite way to make honey mustard?

I made it with mayo, bbq sauce, yellow mustard and honey today and put it on the fridge to meld but I like it better with olive oil, dijon mustard, honey, water and red wine vinegar. I got that recipe from the food and wine magazine. The other one is a copy cat recipe from Chic Fil A.

brown mustard seeds, yellow mustard seeds. Soak in fume blanc for a couple of days, pour mixture in blender, add honey and olive oil.
