Not to mention the low quality mowers and landscapers that mess up my lawn and mulched areas and I end up having to work over. The HOA folks have been raising the monthly fee for the last dozen years I've been here with no end in sight. Thinking of sending a dog as a proxy to next month's do-nothing kangaroo court meeting, they won't listen anyway, cha-ching.
