i love smoked cheese and need to learn to do that.
@cherokeepatti It's very easy!! you can find small smokers, it doesn't have to be behemoth.👍

Looks good! Once I figure out how that all works with my wood smoker, I'll have to try smoking some cheese.

@SW-User Oh its easy. Harder cheese works better. Hams take a while. 12 hours or so. Or even longer.. want it faster slice it up into smaller pieces. In no time youll start to get creative. Smoked Onion and Shallots. Then peppers. Game hens. While trying different woods for flavors. Mesquite. Apple. Plum. Alder.

@Stereoguy We sent him on a mission to go find a critical non existent valve up on the 14th floor. Has to be 130° up there. About 225 stairs to climb.
