Thanks for BA. In Japan there is a You Tuber who travels from city to city in a variety of ways, ferry boats or trains especially. He talks about the food that is well-known all over Japan for that city and he will often make another video and show himself going to a restaurant and having that food. Each city has a different dish they specialize in and apparently no other city does it as well.
