Pot roast for dinner 👌🏻

Baby potatoes/one whole peeled onion/babycarrots/celery stalk choice of meat (I used beef). I throw it all in crockpot with a couple cups of broth and some seasonings. I cooked it for about 6/7hrs

Taking me back to childhood. Mom made this once a month. I can still smell the kitchen.

I love pot roast. I sear it first then cook in wine beef cube and Worcestershire sauce for an hour then I add the veg and cook another hour. Mskes great gravy

I had baked salmon, sautéed spinach and baked sweet potato.
Chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Seared duck breast up in here tonight

I'll take a second helping. Maybe three
