How many of you adults out there still eat sugary sweet kid cereals,

and which are your favorites?
Me! haha My favorite was always Kelloggs Frosted Flakes, but they don't make them the way they used to. So I stick with Honey Nut Cheerios. I love cereal.

[c=800000]I eat Cinnamon Life. It is not real sugary, but it is sweeter than regular Life. [/c]

I’m obsessed with Cheerios
Spumoni · 46-50, M
@SW-User plain cheerios with nothing else added, for me....
IM5688 · 61-69, M
@Spumoni I need to add just a little sugar to plain Cheerios to really enjoy them.
@IM5688 Me too. Always.
I still eat Lucky Charms as a treat
IM5688 · 61-69, M
@MorbidCynic I always liked the fruity flavor cereals, Fruit Loops, Apple Jacks, Fruity Pebbles, etc., but never liked any of the cereals with marshmallows in them.

I never developed a taste for them. I eat oatmeal and sugarfree Alpen.
IM5688 · 61-69, M
@Wiseacre I loved Alpen when it first came out years ago, but it got so expensive for just a small box, I gave it up.
Wiseacre · F
$6 a box...lasts me more than a month cuz I don’t eat it daily...I think worth it!@IM5688

uh reese's puffs and fruity pebbles
IM5688 · 61-69, M
@Jackaloftheazuresand I knew I couldn't be the only here that likes Fruity Pebbles!
Jackaloftheazuresand · 26-30, M
@IM5688 being made of rice they have good mouth density and that's beside the taste just being plain good
IM5688 · 61-69, M
@Jackaloftheazuresand I agree 100%

I like some of the cereals that seem made to attract children, some more by the carton artwork rather than the food itself, but buy most from the likes of Aldi and Lidl; and I buy their "own-brand" versions even if the Kelloggs etc. ones are also on the same shelf.

These, as with a lot of their other foods like sauces, are to some extent copies of the "big-name" ones but they contain much less sugar - and are cheaper!
I never cared for the super-sweet ones. I still prefer ones like Chex or Cheerios, or the fancy organic flakes. The one I miss is Team flakes. That was a mix of several grains with a unique flavor. I’m a member of a Facebook group dedicated to Team.

@JoyfulSilence I've seen that one, but haven't tried it yet. Does it really taste like Oreo's?
JoyfulSilence · 46-50, M
@IM5688

I tasted a bit of that flavor.

I stopped liking it, I eat oatmeal and muesli now
Not me.
But then I am partially adult.

None, yuck.

Wheaties.
I haven’t had those in years. The cereal I loved most as a child was Life cereal.
