Homemade "seafood chowder". It was made with coconut milk, plantain flour to thicken it, (I don't recommend this flour for chowder), onions, diced potatoes, cod, tilapia and shrimp with salt and about 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper.

Didn’t have time to eat while I was out. Gonna dig around for some cheese crackers in my desk.

Simple bread slices.
One of them had a white chocolate topping tho 😌

I had the tail end of a bag of potato chips… so far that was lunch and breakfast

Yum! I just had a sesame bagle with hummus and tomato and left over piece of steak

Chicken Caesar wrap with a bag of chips and a bottle of water.
