I love potatoes just about any way you make them. I desperately want an air fryer!!!!
@DearAmbellina2113 I got mine delivered through Amazon Prime (no shipping costs) from Bed, Bath and Beyond for $171.Cuisinart TOA-60

wrap em with a few caraway seeds in tinfoil and put them on the side of a campfire... just add some salt and if feeling fancy a but of butter... thats all
@Strawberrry That sounds wonderful; thanks for sharing that idea. Can't wait to try it.
White ... with all the fixins!!

BBQ is a favorite

Love it with roast beef

BBQ chicken is good

I don't have a baked potato for dinner very often, because I am now lactose intolerant, and can't have many of my favorite toppings. I used to have them with sour cream and fresh snipped chives from my garden.

I also used to love them topped with chili, cheese, and sour cream, and topped with cheese, sour cream, chopped fresh bacon, and green onions.

I have heard that some people make pulled pork with BBQ sauce, and slather that over the top.

I always eat the skins...most of the vitamins and minerals are in the skins!
@4meAndyou You can find dairy free sour cream and cheese, that I hear is pretty good. LOVE green onions on my potato skins. Potato skins are good for lost of fillings, guacamole being one.

@MsAlaineEYes I did find those, but can't eat the fake sour cream. I substitute almond milk yogurt for sour cream sometimes, but it's brownish, and soupy, and it isn't very good.

there is this version in Turkey and we looove it
@Londonn Looks wonderful; will have to try with ripe olives. The meat looks like a prosciutto/ham. Is that corn? And saffron rice?? Interesting.

@MsAlaineEYes haha no that's cheese slice shredded, and cheddar and basically there are salad bars in those shops and you choose whatever you want them to add.. best thing is they carve potato with melting cheese and loots of butter first and mix it until it's creamy and yummy.. then you add these on top. I have a turkish friend in london, his wife loves it and literally begs us to open a potato shop in london but I won't cause one restaurant adventure is enough for one life time for me hah
