Four weeks, nine pounds.

Four weeks of portion control and cutting back on breads and added sugars has brought me down 9 pounds in the first month. Based on how I've been eating still and the fact that I haven't added much exercise as yet, I think it's largely weight and not so much water weight so I'm rather pleased so far. Hoping I can do another 4 to 5 pounds next month. I want to drop at least another 30 pounds, so it's only the start of a long road.
