I have a half-gallon pickle jar full. I think I’ve used all the Parmesan cheese packets from pizzas though.

I would save it. Depends on the expiry date. I don't put it in fridge.

@SW-User We do save it. Believe it or not the taco bell fire sauce is really good on a sonic breakfast burrito. Mc Donald's sweet and sour is the best sauce I have found for a burger.
