I have decided, I will just not wait until our Bank will totally merge and sink down and we might get kicked out after merging

I will apply every opportunities possible and accept the best one. Because at the end of the day, you are responsible for yourself not others. And most of the time employer dont even care about employees, they all care about how much work they can get out of you and how to earn profit as much as possible. I love my work place and the colleques as my family but life goes on and you cant fold your hands without any backup plan when you know what is coming in near future and I cant chose to sink down with the sinking ship.
