I had the scattiest session ever

Imagine doing the toughest workout of your life in a sauna. I thought I was gonna die 🤣
It was 30C outside so even more inside. Even the instructor was slipping cus of the sweat on the matts.

Never doing a class in a heatwave again 🤣
