Well for me personally I am switched on to men who have a commanding presence. Examples are someone who can respectfully and confidently complain in a restaurant when needed. Dress in suit or trousers, clean shaven with short tidy hair shows they have confidence and self discipline. I won't respect a person who has a sloppy appearance because if they can't take care of themselves, how could they possibly take care of me? They need to be educated and well spoken too.
