anything wrong with wearing loud coloured trainers in your mid 40s

i'm in my mid 40s and i have a pair of adidas trainers that are loud as in bright kelly green...they are very noticeable, i like them..but i was thinking would i look right wearing them? i'm already self conscious because i have social anxiety.

any thoughts?

Not at all. It’s a summery time of year, good for bright colours. I guess it depends what you wear them with.
