I had some morning sickness with my first. I'd just have snacks and smaller meals to avoid it. Try to keep it simple.
Didn't have any at all with my second. I didn't know I was pregnant with her until 9 weeks precisely because of lack of symptoms and two negative pregnancy tests upon missing my period 🤷🏻♀️ One common feature though was no cravings and not much weight gain in either pregnancy 😂

I have a friend who survived on Cheerios, water, and vitamins during one of her pregnancies because she threw up everything else.
Generally I hear crackers, Cheerios and smoothies work best.
Morning sickness hasn't happened to me yet (Still pretty early) but we bought some ginger chews recently just in case.

@Scribbles I’ll definitely have to try those! Congratulations and good luck! Morning sickness is no joke but if you can get through it, you can do anything ☺️

Thank you all so much!! I’m definitely going to try all of these and see what helps! I’m only 9 weeks so hopefully this morning sickness won’t last too much longer 🥰🥰

My sister always said that the best things to eat were things that weren't too terrible on the return trip.🤢

Morning sickness smoothie. I HATE the cracker thing. It doesn't work at all.

I remember trying to eat dry crackers- and keep your fluids up
