The only appliance I haven't replaced within the past year is my dishwasher. The outside of my house could to be painted. Rain will help the trees and grass. I have a trailer in the next county that is terrific in warm weather.

@Crazywaterspring I would help you paint it. I like painting. I prefer indoor painting. Walls, etc. I also like painting outdoor scenery. Waterpaints. Sketching too.
