I was reminded...

Today of a post I made where I shared a photo of my granfather...a veteran.


...And I took the photo down...but it is my most favorite and I never had seen it until it was posted on a board at his funeral.

I do see a lot of myself in him. ...

He did not fight in war for this country so that it could turn around and make his service meaningless.

I have had him on my mind a lot lately... and so I just wanted to share this lovely photo of my Paw Paw. I do miss him.
