I Admire My Mother

My mum split up from my dad when I was 7 years old. I was too young to understand why, but I know that he would shout at her and he would sometimes shout at me too. I never noticed any violence, and my mum has never mentioned any, so I really do hope that there was none. She met my step-dad shortly after, however they too split. She used to cry in her bedroom. I was older this time, so I knew what was happening. I knew that nothing horrid had happened; things just weren’t right for her. She left one night without saying goodbye, and I still live alone with my step-dad now, nearly two years on from her leaving. I know, despite the way that she left me, that she had been through so much hurt and pain during her life. For that, I respect and admire her so much.
You have a big heart, I couldn't forgive someone who walked out on me like that

You have gone through more than you have had to. Good luck, and stay strong.

You have also gone through too much. What was your age when she left you?

@rexha Thank for answering. You love your mom too much. Do you think you would ever do same with your children/child? I think it's very difficult decision that she took.
@ABCDEF7: I’m pregnant now, I’m in my 19th week. I couldn’t see myself ever doing that.
