Are you suspicious of people who don't like cats/dogs ?

Every night in the summer me and my neighbours cat will look at each other I’ll be looking out my window and the cat is sitting on its driveway across the street. I worry if he’s okay if I don’t see him, maybe it’s like a maternal instinct but I definitely prefer dogs. I’m indifferent to cats. My dad hates cats. I think some people are just weary of animals and that to them is not liking something. A lot more fewer people really dislike dogs or cats.
