Talking to them sounds like the first step. At least you're acknowledging that you have a problem. It's not something you can do on your own, so talk, look for help.

I cry a lot too after recent health stuff. I have bern praying for you since i read one of your previous posts . I will continue to do so and hope those tears cleanse whatever sadness is inside you.
