The view on independence I have been told and how I view being independence

I have been told by medical professionals and that independence isn't about doing everything alone but it is interesting to me about everyone else's view of being independence but my view on becoming independent is doing everything by myself but looking back to the time when I had a simpler life as a child and growing up through the years I had put everyone even my own family through hell but I had became so caught up trying gain independence but even though I wasn't very kind to my own parents but my parents never left me were persistent and a lesson they taught me was never giving up on my dreams and goals and never giving up on other people it was a lesson I could never be able to see from my own parents but there is still much more I still need to learn before the end of my life
