Yes, I think I was a little weird when my son was growing up.
I was a cub scout den mother, and then started a latch key after school club for the girls on a different day because they were harassing my little cubs, and I understood that they were just jealous of the boys.
I was always doing craft projects with the kids that were hanging around, and everyone at our Townhouse condo complex knew me. I was really into saving all the little wild animals, and I was late for work once when a greedy bird would NOT let go of her two cheeks filled with bird seed, and got stuck with her head inside the bird feeder.
I still remember telling my son to hold onto the bird's body so the neck wouldn't break, and went and got my hacksaw, and sawed the feeder in half. We saved the bird. My son got to hold her in his hands while she recovered, and then I told him to put her on the ground, and she flew away.
I drove my son and his friend to the wildlife shelter when the little idiots trapped a wild animal which was bloodying itself trying to escape, and I forced them to give up various wild birds and huge snapping turtles they caught. 🤣🤣🤣

My kids think so
I don't know how many times my son would say " 🤦 mom, why are you like this?"
Simple my son, it's my job to annoy you 😆

I took the boy to enrollment and let him go inside by himself. I told him I didn’t want to embarrass him 😂….that’s the way it was done from 7th grade on when I was growing up. We were dropped off and when we finished with enrollment we were picked up and taken back home.

Yes! I’m sure they would attest to me being “the weird mom.”
