Happy Father's Day!
...to all father's, actually, but to mine especially!
I don't know; I'd think it would be hard for any parent to have a child of one gender decide when they were younger to just change their identity to that of another gender. Sure, the teen years are all about finding your own identity and framework but I get that changing that, to many, is seen as something out of the box.
Well, my dad always seemed to take it in his stride; never seemed to phase him. Like it was the most natural thing in the world. That, i'm sure, has given me the confidence to live my life as I do.
Something that I am eternally grateful for.
He's accepted me and my friends and we have a close bond - he's my daddy, after all!
So, wishing Robert, aka daddy, a wonderful father's day.
..be seeing you shortly!
