of your hand enveloping and tightening around my wrist is enough to wake me into nausea, shaking, and breathing I can’t control. Just a flash of you takes another few hours of my life.

So much cruelty in the world. Selfishness that can never be taken back. Once a line is crossed there is no redemption.
I just wish it is those who cross the lines who suffer for it. That would be the way to teach lessons and find them.
The colletral damage is meaningless..nothing to be learnt there. Nothing to be gained. No way to look at it positively.
To say it makes anyone stronger is a false belief.
The best one can do is acknowdge thr imperfection without attempting to conceal it.
It happened. It is bad. It is cruel.
And it is heartbreaking.

Was your trauma recent? Mine occurred when I was a child. I'm sorry you suffer with that...its been with me 28 years. You can learn to master it for the most part. 😊
