I Have Ptsd Nightmares And Flashbacks

I think people really need to be sensitive and kind to others in all situations. You don’t really know what someone is going through on that given day or in their past.

I think you are right, I have nightmares myself and there as if it was happening all over again. There a drug that is supposed to help with them but I don't want to take drugs, I try to think about the happy times in my life while I'm trying to go to sleep, it helps me some. I'm so very sorry you had bad things happening to you in the past,be strong as you can be,

I have been on medication for about a month now. Knock on wood I haven’t had a nightmare for awhile.
