What kind of dreams do you have at night?

Usually one of three types:

Dreams about work. Almost invariably about some improbable and horribly serious technical problem that has no apparent solution. Much like when I'm awake, though usually a little more realistic.

Really odd dreams, slightly disturbing, mostly about aliens. Like there being a secret flying saucer parking lot underneath the police station. Dreams that REALLY make me wonder about my subconscious.

Warm, sometimes kind of intimate, complex, highly realistic dreams about a woman in my life, or one I wish was in my life. They don't often enough though.

Sometimes they are about work, sometimes they are about my dead dog and some times they are about me being chased down by trucks and getting firebombed in the street.

Childhood ones, of finding a fare lady and nesteling in the hills, then reality hits, no such thing as a fare lady ever existed in my lifetime.

i can never remember in detail past 5 mins after waking 🤷‍♀️ most are good, i think. a bad one every now and again. usually something emotional, or just plain insane.
