I Experience Lucid Dreams

I can choose whether or not I want to dream before I go to bed, but I'm a little bad at lucid dreaming. If I become too lucid, I might wake up, but I have been improving when it comes to how long I want to stay. This time a met a person. In my dream, some men had broken into my house while I was sleeping. When I ran out, I was too scared to think. I didn't know who to call or what to do. A different man, who was big and african american, went through my house to make sure the men were gone. He also let me get my mace in case I had to defend myself. When that was done, I was taken someplace safe by a boy in a hakama with white bandages (maybe they were fighting bandages) around his wrists. I'm not sure why, but from the feel, I was probably now in a kimono (I was in my pajamas before). He looked around fifteen to seventeen years old. We ended up in a large room of people and there were lots of long tables and chairs. We sat down together and started painting and his work was amazing! He made watercolor paintings of samurais in all these beautiful colors! Then he went outside the room with a lot of other people wearing traditional Japanese clothing. That's when I noticed there was a spear or jo staff tied to his back. I think he would have come back, since he left his stuff at the table, but I followed anyway. But my dream ended and I woke up. I'm really curious about those two people. Especially with the boy. Since he was closest to my age and painted with me, I calmed down more that I did with the man who searched for the people who broke in. In fact, I'd rather have that dream continues :) 'K, that's it.

What you do for not having dreams? Just think not to have?
While u dont have a dream, Could there be a possibility that you actually just dont remember them?

Sorry for lot of questions. Experience u shared is great and you do have better control of it than most of the ppl.

I just repeat in my head "I'm not gonna dream anything tonight" or "I don't feel like dreaming" about five times. I'm not sure why, but I feel more rested when I don't dream, so I usually don't dream. If I do want to dream, I imagine myself dreaming before I go to bed, but when I wake up, I don't feel like I got enough sleep!

You got lot of control on subconscious already. Lucid dreaming shud be equally easy for u I think :/

And yeah more silent the mind becomes, more rested you will feel, similar to meditation. Even you will feel like that the time just passed by faster in case of silent mind, after u woke up.
