Unless someone will assume that based on the address and also while assuming that the physical distance between each IP and the next one is far enough to identify the exact network connection and also while assuming the the owner of a particular network connected doesn’t change.
Or in case we’re talking about reverse DNS lookup, that’s different and it only applies for static IP addresses of servers

Not that much tbh.
You can usually just see more or less where they are and where their ISP is.
Like if I search mine online, I get my ISP and and the main city that's like 120km from me.
