I was feeling better until I left the house…

A week home sick and I went out today. I didn’t even realize because I was sick, but I had no anxiety when I stayed home. Only cried a few times. Didn’t even miss weed.

Then I go out in public and within 20 minutes I’m nauseous and sore and chewing my mouth till it bled.

Wtf is wrong with me?
Maybe social anxiety? You hate where you are so much that its manifesting itself into nausea, then being sore and chewing your mouth.
@TallMtnMedic I hate it here so much

Maybe when you get out of that state and move where you want, it will be better.
@Wyocowboy They definitely go hand in hand I suppose. I’ve been much happier other places. It just scares me. I like people and I hate feeling this way around them. There’s just no space for me here.

Thank you for being so sweet and responding to my posts.

@BrokenAbyss I agree, go hand in hand. You have to be happy in the place you are.

You are so welcome. 😊

Anxiety is the worst. :(
I really hope you come out of this. Anxiety sucks. Please take care of yourself. 🤗

Anxiety is shit. I lost years, without truly realizing the extent.
@NudasPriest it just doesn’t feel real. How did you overcome it?

@BrokenAbyss I'd be happy to share my story in a PM. I just don't want to be as open in public. Would that be OK?
@NudasPriest of course!

I am sorry you had an anxiety attack when you were out. I hope things get better for you.
@iamonfire696 I think anxiety is my normal state around others rn. It definitely will get better, I’m werkin on it. Thank you for being kind ❤️

@BrokenAbyss Of course. I hope you can get moved out of your mom’s house and back out west to where you want to be.

You deserve to be happy with your son.
