@JimboSaturn yeah, we’re some fata$$es down here. Lol I actually took a step back from eating bad foods and I noticed as soon as I started eating bad again I got sick.

@JimboSaturn yeah I’m trying to do a gut cleanse because I didn’t realize how much damage I was doing to my body. And I even noticed that I kind of cured my lactose intolerance by eating healthier. It’s amazing what our bodies can do whenever we make a dietary switch.

@AngelUnforgiven myself 😅😅 because I used to indulge in the Texas size portion meals 🤣🤣 especially whenever I was pregnant and depressed. Not that I’m making excuses or anything😅 but it’s crazy how we just let ourselves eat like that and then we’re hungry for something sweet within the next hour.
