I hate these back to school commercials

I feel guilty because the kids really didn’t get to do anything fun this summer. I mean my daughter got to go “camping” with her friend. They didn’t actually camp in a tent, they stayed in an RV because her friend’s parents are rich. But I allowed her to go and she had a blast. Just wish we had that kind of money so that our kids could bring their friends along. Literally none of her friends came over this summer

Usually kids entertain themselves quite well..Why didn't they come over??

@TurtlePink How far is it...boring,pffft! the friends who can't entertain themselves are uncool..I remember one summer they had archery at the 🏹high school..it probably wasn't the best idea tp put a bow and arrows in the hands of six year olds but we had a blast

@TurtlePink do they have cousins other relatives their age? When my girls were little i threw them a surprise glow in the dark party. But i only invited family my sister in law had 5 kids, i have 2 and my Godmother has 2 daughters. We had 9 total. So i bought every glow stick every glow item i could find from dollar stores, we had necklaces, wands, i put glow rocks in fish bowls i baked a cake, had snacks, drinks, they did karaoke, they did a soul train line, they did a fashion show and it was a blast they had so much fun they are 19 end 22 now and they still talk about it right now today. I was a single mother at the time.
