I haven’t needed to use them in so long, I forgot how well they work. I think I have tennis elbow or some shit (no I don’t play tennis haha). My elbow is fucked up, and it started slowly yesterday. Today it began to feel almost like it’s gonna break when I move my arm. It shoots down to my wrist, but the elbow is super painful 😖
