I don't have a lot of experience with this, but hopefully someone that does will chime in.
I know it's so much work and stress for you, but I'd probably ask for a copy of the recording if possible and potentially go to the police with it. I know they don't always do much, but might be worth a shot. The fucker doesn't deserve to get away with treating others that way.
