I work in IT for a large company. We get phone calls, we sort the issue out over the phone. Simple. Bish. Bash. Bosh!

A guy this afternoon phoned up and I sorted out his computer issue and, in closing, he said that I sounded 'Cute' and '..hope you have a good afternoon.'

I believe I might just have purred down the phone. Ooopsy!

Picked up the phone and called me.
Sent me a nice, warm blanket :)

There's other nice things people do, but that phone call really helped.
