Yoga fixes everything [I Love Yoga]

The body is so interesting. I really thought I had torn both my meniscus because I was having pain behind both my knees. This started a couple months ago and made me fearful that I had done something bad to my body, something that I couldn’t fix. But I hadn’t done anything that I could blame it on. Turns out it’s my back, and the pain goes away when I do yin yoga targeting my back or strength exercises. The pain goes away completely. Now I just need to figure out what’s going on with my back and keep making it stronger.
