Dare I ask? What is TABATA? I am afraid I may get a sermon from you for having explained it 23 times already.

The positive side of the post is that you have done a great job with the battery.

It does look like a quicker workout, maybe more geared to raise the body temp
Tabata is intense intervals in very short bursts kinda minced in the middle of a workout sequence

TABATA was a Japanese guy....who came up with this particular interval training. Simply 20 Seconds of work...10 Seconds Rest and Go Again etc etc

The Part Two was ten rounds of two minutes AMRAP followed by a minutes rest. (30 minutes)
