I respect the shit out of anyone who can lift regularly. I just have so little energy, I get soooo exhausted from it.

Yes its important but I honestly find exercise annyoing and boring.
The only exercise that I find fun is walking, but then not a stroll in the park but a serious hike in raw nature.
I cannot do that too often though, so I try to force myself on that boring stroll in the park sometimes. That's still better than any other type of exercise.
Walking my dog, and doing chores around the home is my fave exercise. That鈥檚 how I keep my home spotlessly clean and myself happy. It鈥檚 a win win.
