While everyone is doing taco Tuesday

I’m making an omelet, which to be fair is the same general shape as a taco.

Scrambled eggs with a turkey link, peach oatmeal, sugar/cinnamon toast, and a fuzzy navel!

Pot roast cooked with potatoes, onions, carrots, and celery here. Stew tomorrow from leftovers.

So today is Tuesday? What happened to Monday??

Tuesday is stir-fry day here. And today's base flavor will be PF Chang's Sesame sauce. With chicken strips and a dozen or so veggies and mushrooms (which I guess aren't vegetables). With avocado & tomato slices to keep everyone busy while they wait for the str fry.

I'd prefer a good sloppy joe over a taco..
