I made them this morning. As we’re eating them Ike, the parakeet, kept asking “What will we do?”…can’t stand to watch us eat together without wanting his treats first.
I am making a breakfast casserole for all of next week. It is finely diced ham with red and green peppers, drowned in egg and almond milk custard, topped with thin sliced potatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.
