Tomorrow (Monday) is known in the UK at least as blue Monday and sadly sees a rise in suicides. Having known someone who did take their life and also having been sucidal in the past I want to say for anyone feeling that way there are lots of organisations you can speak to out there and however bleak things may be things can get better.
That all said I wanted to start a post where we can share something positive however big or small or just something you are thankful for.
For me I've been thankful I've been seizure free 2 years.
