I thought it was illegal for the cops or security to gas crowds at events...

May be if citizens saw games as just games this wouldn't have happened.
Cops are people too, if 1000s of people are rioting it's hard to be a good decision maker at that time.

@NotSureAboutMyUserName i agree but they aren't supposed to have the gas at the games. and clearly this happens alot at their games. but the cops had to do something stupid to make it a catastrophe
