They've been smarter here, certificates are digital, and cryptographically signed (essentially we have a QR code). No way of forging them.

@Elessar we have qr codes but they don't use them. we had a lady who was coming to work faking her negative covid test by resending the same photo of her negative covid test to the office.

@DeluxedEdition Oh, pardon, the QR is for vaccination status here (in place of the white handwritten CDC card thing I saw you guys get). It also technically gets issued for a negative test, but it has a validity of 48h in that case.
