Angry neighbours mower won’t start

Today I was outside when I hear screaming and banging next door and my neighbour Dave was screaming at his mower because it wouldn’t stay running he then kicks it snapping the ignition key off then screams at they broken key he goes on his garage and comes out with a screwdriver and stabs the tyres I’m like wtf is he smoking ?? Next thing he’s running around making chicken sounds 🤣
