Often, yes. It was hard growing up but I've learned to put my ego aside to ease my conscience.

@SW-User I remember, I was not like that previously. Previously it was very hard to accept own mistakes and say sorry. It was the ego that was stopping me.
Then I thought if I have to bring change in myself, and make myself a better person, I have to start taking this as challenge. Initially I had to prepare myself and rehearse before I can actually say sorry. But slowly it is becoming nature.
