People on the right want morals. Abortion for example needs to be controlled regardless of what people say. That's one aspect where we want to control society and it's for the better

@Stargazer89 See, in this there is no difference between the left and the right. They both feel the controls they want placed on society are justified.
A little over 3 decades ago when my wife and I were about to bring our children into the world, we had a discussion along with the doctor, and we decided that if there was some kind medical emergency, that the life of the unborn child took priority over my wife's own life. This of course was not unexpected from wife, and I was reluctantly willing to support her decision. But the point of this is that was a choice between myself, my wife and the doctor. You have no place inserting yourself into that conversation, nor does the government. Your intrusion is morally the wrong thing to do.

Ah Republicans... Probably a pro lifer too and a Gun Nut. So a woman would be forced to keep the child of her rapist and the law will change so he gets visitation rights. Until of course the kid gets shot on his first day of school. But heavens forbid you argue that point with them.
