How would u explain that?

We had that smokin guy at work, I googled him so I can show the pic to my bffs, I saved the pic and three days later, the picture had disappeared ´! Wth have happened ? Like he knew I was looking at that pic in that site ?
Will he know that it was me ?

@DrWatson the picture was in a site for male sports, and then the site hide it or deleted it, I’m not sure, but it happened right after I saved it. It’s like he saw me doing that. So crazy
