Mexican cooking is incredibly creative !
From only a few ingredients - they make a myriad of dishes.
Tortillas, tacos, tapas, tikkas (?)....so many more i can't remember - are all basically the same thing with different thicknesses and how much they have dried out, or how they are cooked and folded.
Beans, refried beans, then bean mash - all variations of the original .
i love how mexico mastered the art of 'left over'.

@OogieBoogie I agree Ooogs And their dishes have a distinct flavour…nothing bland about mexican food.
Im just not a big fan of Cumin…and altho I enjoy Mexican foods, I can only have it once every few months.

But im not sure i could eat it all the time either.
Its incredibly flavorsome - but sometimes i really like simple as well.
