This area is what they call an open air drug market,people can shoot up drugs right out in the open,the police do nothing,people looking like zombies and passed out or dead right on the sidewalk and people walk by like nothing is wrong. :(

Similar to where I live, mines just a smaller city. But yeah people sleeping on the sidewalks like that, entire families living in random places because they can't afford to rent anywhere (landlords sold their buildings when the housing market went up).
Lots of drugs, people picking their scabs on their legs on the sidewalks, etc... Lots of mental illness. Very sad.
